At LETSSTYLE, we’re committed to delivering your favorite fashion pieces to your doorstep swiftly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle delivery across India and internationally.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 working day after confirmation.
- Delivery Time (India): Once shipped, orders are delivered within 5–10 working days.
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed the following working day.
- No Backorders: We do not ship items that are out of stock. If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we’ll notify you within 2 working days and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping: We currently deliver across India to all major serviceable pincodes.
Address & Delivery Terms
- One Address Per Order: We can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
- No P.O. Box Deliveries: We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes. Orders with such addresses may be cancelled or delayed.
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If undeliverable after these attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Shipping Charges
India:
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1500
- A non-refundable fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹1500
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can use it to track the status of your order on our Order Tracking page or directly on the courier partner’s website.
