Q. Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

Q. Can I place one order for delivery to multiple addresses?
No, we currently do not support multi-address delivery for a single order. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Q. What are the shipping charges? Are there any additional fees?

Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders within India above ₹1,500.

For orders below ₹1,500, a non-refundable shipping fee of ₹100 applies.

Q. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can use this info to track your package on the courier partner’s website.

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Most orders are delivered within 5–10 working days. For remote locations, delivery may take slightly longer.

Q. What should I do if I receive a different product than the one I ordered?
Please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect product, and we’ll assist you with a quick exchange.

Currently, we do not accept cheque/DD payments.

Q. What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
In case the item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you right away and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

No, there is no maximum purchase limit. You are free to shop as much as you like.

Q. Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you may cancel your order (fully or partially) within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped. Reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.

Q. What is your return policy?
We offer an easy 5-day return or exchange policy on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact. And follows return policy.
Please note: certain categories like Lingerie, Jewellery, Fragrances& All Accessoriesmay not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after the product passes quality check at our warehouse. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Yes, exchange is allowed on most sale items unless marked final sale. Returns on discounted products may be restricted based on the offer.

Q. What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
If the package appears tampered with or the product is damaged, please refuse to accept delivery. Inform our Customer Support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement for you.
