How it works – Returns & Exchanges

Request Return
1. Login and go to Account > My Orders > Return Item and select the products you wish to return along with the reason for return.
Return Pickup
2. Our delivery agent will pick up the package within 1-3 business days. Please ensure products are unused and tags are intact.
Refund
3. Refunds will be processed on receiving the product, it may take 5-10 days to get credited at its source.

Note: We do not exchange products online. If something is not right, you may return the merchandise and place a new order.
