Orders Shipped Within India
At LETSSTYLE, we want you to feel confident and stylish in everything you buy. But if something doesn’t feel quite right — whether it’s the size, color, or fit — we’re here to help.
You can initiate a return or exchange for a product within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
Eligible Return Conditions
- Product must be unused, in original condition with original packaging & tags intact
- Tag Loops (if present) must be unbroken and untampered
- Return request must be placed within 24 hours of product delivery
- Items must be returned with the original invoice/order copy& unboxing pictures or video
- Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety protocols, the following items are non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect:
- Lingerie
- Jewellery
- Fragrances
- All Accessories
Return Abuse Policy
To maintain fair usage of our return service:
- You may initiate returns for up to 40% of your total orders
- If your returns cross this limit, you’ll receive a system warning
- At 50% or more returns, your return feature will be temporarily disabled until the return rate is within the accepted range
Easy Online Returns & Exchanges
We offer free reverse pickup across India. To raise a return request:
- If You Ordered via Registered Account:
- Log in at www.letsstyle.in
- Go to My Orders > View Details > Request a Return
- Select items and return reason
- Confirm: “Product is unused with tags intact”
- Choose refund method (Bank A/C)
- Submit — a Return ID will be generated
Return Pickup Instructions:
- Pack the product(s) in the original packaging
- Insert invoice copy with circled items being returned
- Ensure the parcel is sealed properly
- Hand over the parcel to our courier representative
(You may verify the Return ID with the delivery agent)
Refund Process
- Refund will be initiated once the product passes our quality check
- It may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your bank or wallet
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year and are non-extendable
